- Username and Password areas to login to the system, with the ability to change the password at any time
- This system can be accessed remotely, through any PC with an internet connection. It does not depend on any software and is not limited to a particular machine to update
- The eNewsletter is fully Database Driven Dynamic System
- You will be able to see a full list of subscribers to the eNewsletter
- You have the option to backup the System to the Database at any time
- The Newsletter will be styled to match your current website / branding if required (Perhaps simplified to ensure fast download speeds to the client inbox)
- The newsletter is fully editable, with lots of controls to change the text / formatting / colours, upload images, add images from other websites, add links etc
- The newsletter is also automatically styled to lay out the text (through the use of CSS), although you can edit if you wish
- You can create new Newsletter Templates, save over old ones, or delete them completely
- You can create further Templates for eMarketing, simply sending out updates of forthcoming events, holidays, offers etc.

- The user can UNSUBSCRIBE at any time
